1. Interpretation and Definitions

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Virtual Online Weddings.
Service refers to the AI VOWs website and ceremony engine.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
2. Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By clicking "Begin Your Journey," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Age Verification
Minimum Age: You represent and verify that you are at least 18 years of age.
Symbolic Nature: You acknowledge that the Service is for entertainment purposes only.
No Legal Marriage: AI VOWs provides a symbolic "Digital Union." It does not constitute a legally binding marriage, civil union, or partnership under any jurisdiction or law.
4. User Conduct and Security
No Account Creation: You are not required to create an account; however, you agree to provide accurate first names and preferences for the ceremony engine.
Prohibited Acts:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the program code, "Digital Primordial" assets, or Avatar Celebrant designs.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" the Gemini Live API integration.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided names), features, and functionality—including the 97% Realism Avatar Celebrants and the "Alaska-Approved" backgrounds—are and will remain the exclusive property of Virtual Online Weddings.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Emotional and Physical Consequences: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Virtual Online Weddings shall not be held liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological consequences arising from the use of the Service or the symbolic nature of the AI-led ceremony.
Data Deletion: While we follow a strict 24-hour data deletion mandate, the Company is not liable for data loss once the automated purge occurs.
7. Payments and Refunds
All transactions are handled by third-party processors (Stripe/Paddle). Due to the immediate and digital nature of the "Vibe Coded" ceremony engine, all sales are final once the ceremony begins.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
